Shipping & Returns


General Delivery Information:

Orders are processed every business day and are normally shipped out within 48 hours, providing the item/items are currently in stock. Delivery may be expected within 7-10 business days from time of actual shipping. These conditions apply only to the 48 contiguous United States; shipping will take longer going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other countries. Some specified items and very large orders may require delivery by freight. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton. Please supply complete shipping street address when ordering.

Shipping internationally the customer may be charged for brokerage fees, taxes, or duties. It is up to the customer to pay these when item has arrived. You will be responsible for all customs and tariffs imposed by your receiving country. International customers that return items will not have these fees refunded!

Shipping method is normally done through Fed Ex, but at times will also use USPS and UPS. Actual tracking numbers from Fed Ex, UPS or USPS are not normally given to customer at time of order, you are given a confirmation order number. If you actually need tracking number please email us and it will be sent to you.

We do ship to APO addresses. All military units are assigned an APO or FPO ZIP code and in many cases that ZIP Code travels with the unit. The Postal Service places APO/FPO mail on special charter flights, commercial airlines and military service aircraft to reach armed services members overseas as quickly as possible.

Express Delivery - Overnight / 2nd day air:
Only in-stock and selected items may be shipped express. These orders are not processed the same day sent in, but first thing following morning, must receive order by 7:00pm EST for express service to be processed next day. Express Delivery does not include weekends. Orders shipped Next Day on Friday will be received the following Monday. Express Delivery available for contiguous U.S. only.

Back Orders / Discontinued Items:
A back order is any item that is temporarily out of stock. If we cannot ship the product, you will be notified as to when the expected time it is due back in stock. If you choose to cancel your order at this time, then a full refund will be issued. There are some rare times when an item is suddenly discontinued by our supplier and your order may not be able to be filled in its entirety. A full refund will be issued for the item or items that have been discontinued.

Canceling Orders:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase or it is defective, you are able to return it within 7 days for a full merchandise refund or exchange. Videos, software and custom built products ( to customers specifications) are non-returnable.

Returns and Exchanges:
Any defective item customer receives is fully exchangeable. We will issue a call tag for damaged item and send out a replacement at no extra cost to the customer. Please make sure to package item in its original container.

Customer is allowed to exchange current item purchased with another different item. Customer would have to pay for return shipping of current item and then shipping and price difference of new item to be sent.

Customers not completely satisfied with item are allowed to return it, providing it is done within 7 days. Customer is fully responsible for the return shipping cost. Once item has been received and inspected for no damage then a refund, minus the initial shipping cost, will be given. This process normally takes up to three weeks.

Items that are shipped internationally ( except for Canada ) are not able to be returned or replaced. Also the brokerage fees, taxes, or duties that may have been paid are non-refundable.
